If you're not happy with your jewelry or you've changed your mind, you can return them to us (including earrings) for a refund or exchange. Please make sure it's in its original packaging and you haven't worn them.
We are happy to take back unwanted items (except advent calendars, engraved products, monogrammed products and individual products in sets - the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
