Use this text to add some extra information about the loyalty programAs part of our loyalty scheme, we want to reward you for being a loyal customer at Astrid & Miyu. The more you spend, the more you save! Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer. You can easily earn points for certain actions you take on the site, such as making purchases.

Earn Points

For every 100 points you earn you get $1 to spend at Astrid & Miyu. You can redeem these online and in-store, you just cannot use these during promotional periods.

Earn extra points on top of your purchase points everytime you visit one of our London stores with our in-store loyalty card. Simply ask in-store for a card to join.

 

How To Join & Redeem Your Points

1. SIGN UP with a customer account. Current account holders will automatically be signed up to our loyalty programme.

2. LOG IN and shop the website, your points will be added automatically. In your account section you will see your points total, you can sign up to the newsletter here for extra points too.

3. When you have earned £5 worth of points, go to your account and redeem your reward.

4. Enter your reward code in the COUPON CODE section at the checkout.

 

Reward Points Minimums And Maximums

Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption. Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

Manage Your Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for Informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

 

Reward Points Expiration

Reward points can be set to expire. Points will expire in the order form which they were first earned.

1. Points can be used as store credit in our system only. Redeeming to cash is not allowed.

2. You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

In-store purchases take a little longer to process into your account, please give us a day for the points to appear. If your concerned your points haven't been added please contact us. 

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
