Returns policy

For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.

If you're not happy with your jewelry or you've changed your mind, you can return them to us (including earrings) for a refund or exchange. Please make sure it's in its original packaging and you haven't worn them.

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

Engraved products, Story Chains, Advent Calendars, Monogrammed products and Individual products in sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our A&M Stockists or Concessions, please return it directly to them by 30th January.

All eligible items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return: Unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in the original condition and packaging.
Once a refund or exchange has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.

Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Our welded bracelets come with a 1 year warranty. If you have any issues with your bracelet within this time, please reach out to customer care team or your nearest store and our teams will be happy to help.

            Downsizing for piercings                               N/A

 

For healed piercings we offer a downsizing service. Smaller posts can be purchased in-store for a lower cost and our piercers will also fit them for you for free. Please book a jewelry change appointment. (please note some pieces cannot be downsized - always check this with the piercer at your initial appointment).

If you have any trouble with your piercing jewelry within the first 12 weeks of your piercing, please do reach out to customer care team or your nearest store and our teams will be happy to help.

 

Platings Warranty/Policy
                          Solid gold                            1 year

 

Our solid gold collection (piercing jewellery included) comes with a 1 year warranty. Please note, this does not include product loss. If your jewellery becomes faulty within this time please reach out to customercare@astridandmiyu.com with your proof of purchase.

 

Platings Warranty/Policy
          Sterling silver/brass/titanium                            1 year

 

Our sterling silver, brass based items and titanium piercing jewellery come with a 1 year warranty. Please note, this does not include product loss. If your jewellery becomes faulty within this time please reach out to customercare@astridandmiyu.com with your proof of purchase.
