We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we would let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Our warehouse is based in the UK and all international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster delivery and more reliable. For orders in the US, Canada and Australia, we ship using DPD for a 3-5 (working) day delivery.
All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes. Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. *Please note, DPD require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
**Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewelry products into Russian Federation.
*** For outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs charges. Please note not all European countries are part of the EU.

When ordering online, there's an option to 'collect at store' at the checkout. This service is available for both of our London stores and when selecting this, your order will be sent directly to your chosen stores. Once it's arrived in store, you will receive an email to notify you and please bring ID on collection.

All orders both UK and international are delivered by Royal Mail. Astrid & Miyu can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. Only Next day delivery can be tracked at every stage.

Exchanges and Returns
Our usual returns policy is 28 days of receipt.
We have extended our returns/exchange period for the festive season. If you have made an order from November 11th onwards, you are welcome to exchange or refund up until January 20th, providing you have proof of purchase. If you have a gift without receipt/proof of purchase, we can only offer an exchange for the current price of the item. * This excludes sale and promotional discounted items/earrings.
If you are returning an order that was purchased using a gift voucher, this part of the order will be refunded on to a gift voucher for you to use again.
For international returns and exchanges, please email us at email@example.com for further instructions. On receipt of the returned items we will issue you a refund or exchange within 10 days in the same payment method.
Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns for any International / European orders. The customer will need to send the item back at their own cost.
Please note that we do not refund earrings (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Earrings are non-exchangeable/non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty at delivery. This does not include ear cuffs, all ear cuffs are returnable (not ear crawlers).
- Any engraved items are also non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
- We cannot offer exchange or return for items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.
- Discounted items purchased during flash/sample sales/limited time promotions.
- Promotional materials are non-refundable. If you are returning a product that comes with a promotional item, you must return both the purchase and promotional item. Otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund.
All items ordered online can be returned to any of our Astrid & Miyu stores. Simply, bring your invoice/email confirmation so that the store assistant can locate your order to arrange a refund/exchange. All items purchased in store can also be returns to our head office as well. Please include your store receipt and any other information with your return so we are able to locate your order to arrange a refund/exchange.
For returns of store/pop up orders, please keep your invoice for proof of purchase. Please make sure you have your invoice emailed to you at point of sale. We are unable to offer a return on items without proof of purchase.
With proof of purchase, we are able to offer you a refund/exchange via store and website.

In order to initiate any return or exchange please include all of the following information in your returning package: your name, order number, reason for returning the item(s), whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Make sure to secure all items (in original packaging) and fill out the returns form to ensure that your refund or exchange is dealt with as quickly as possible. We cannot offer exchange or return if we have insufficient information.
We cannot offer exchange or return for items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.

Products on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are only able to exchange your item in store credits in case the item was faulty at delivery within 30 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com for any queries.
Promotional materials are non-refundable. If you are returning a product that comes with a promotional item, you must return both the purchase and promotional item. Otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund.
For refund requests on a gift, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Please return with the filled out returns form. If you haven’t received this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and they can sort this out for you. We are however happy to offer you a gift card if you attach the gift receipt to the products you’re sending back to us.
To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
Astrid & Miyu reward Points are for one-time use and non-refundable. If you return an order, the points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the GBP value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total refund.
